Modern Trousseau

Modern Trousseau began in 1986 in a Connecticut atelier with a simple conviction: a wedding gown should be made for one bride, never pulled from a rack.

Nearly forty years on, every gown is still designed and sewn in America from French and Italian silks and laces, cut to more than thirty of your own measurements, with necklines, silhouettes, and details changed freely until the dress is yours alone.

Seen the one? Every gown is made to your measure.

Each silhouette is cut and sewn for you alone in our American atelier — book a private appointment to try it on.
